Mika Kuusela Oy marketing- and customer register. Register consist of main register and sub register. Main register contains the data you have given in the online store, like name and address. Sub register means email direct marketing software, where the customer data saved in main register is transferred to, according to the consent of the customer.

The Law on personal data 8 §. Purpose of processing personal data (purpose of the register)
Implementing Mika Kuusela Oy services, managing, billing, sales and marketing products or services, managing customer relationships and customer contacting, direct marketing, planning the product- and service supply, developing the business, focusing the supply, polling and market research, marketing done for business partners. Name- and address info of the register are used for direct marketing only if the customer has given a permission to do so. Customer data of the register will not be given outside the company.
Data content of the register:
Customer register consist of several separate registers that have different purposes of intended use. Customer data of the register jointly form data sets in a following manner:

Principals of protecting personal data and the register:
Possible physical material: info is stored in a locked space and it can be accessed only by specified personnel. Digital material: permission to use the system containing customer data and to modify that data, is only granted to specified personnel. Each user has a unique username and password. With the personal permissions and different user levels, permission is restricted to specific data needed in completing a work task. Customer register and the devices processing that data is situated in a closed data center administered by the service provider. Data is regularly backed up. System is protected with a firewall in case of an out-side contact. Personnel processing the customer data are bound by professional secrecy. Only a staff member who has notified the authorities, can handle the data in the register. Data is handed out only in legal obligation to notify. This means a request from the customer itself or legal request by authorities. Personnel who process the data are bound by professional secrecy based on Law on personal data protection 33 § and punishment regulations 48 §.
Rights of the data subject, right to inspect the data:
Subject of the data, who wants to inspect the data gathered, needs to be prepared to provide identification. This is done either personally with the data controller or by presenting a reguest in a form of signed document, or with another similar way of verification. Register controller is required to give the opportunity to the data subject to inspect the data meant in 26 §, in a reasonable time frame. If requested, register controller is also required to provide the data in written form.
Right of refusal - The data subject has the right to forbid the controller to process information pertaining to the data subject for direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing purposes as well as market survey, opinion survey, public register and genealogy purposes.

Delivery costs include mailing- and packing costs. We will present an estimate of the delivery cost based on the primary shipping method. Common delivery times to Finland vary between 1-3 working days, depending on the order and shipping method. If you are ordering outside of Finland, you can see the delivery time estimate in the checkout after choosing a country, attached to the available shipping methods.
Under all the items in your shopping cart is a text "In stock". In this case your delivery will be shipped in the same day, if the order is places before 3 p.m. The order will reach the postal service haul if the order is placed before 1 p.m.
There are items in your cart that are "In stock", but there are also items that have longer delivery times. For example, there might be info "will be shipped in 2-3 days". In this case, the product is arriving to our stock according to the estimate or we will order it immediately from the supplier after we receive your order. Estimate "will be shipped in 2-3 days" is an estimate of the delivery time from the supplier to us.
Your order will be shipped immediately after the items missing from our stock have arrived to us. If there is deviation from the estimate, we will always notify you by email.
In some cases, the process may be following: the items that we have in stock will be shipped immediately and items out of stock will be shipped afterwards.
You are ordering an item that has info "will be shipped in 1-2 days". In these cases the product is arriving to our stock in 1-2 days or alternatively the item can be delivered from the supplier's stock. In this case your order will usually be shipped in the same day, but we use estimate "will be shipped in 1-2 days" for good measure.

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 30 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You must return the goods without delay and no later than 30 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed package is not the same thing as return or cancelling. We will charge delivery costs for an unclaimed package, if the notice of cancellation is not sent to us.
If the product is missing or it was damaged during the delivery or it otherwise doesn't match your order, you must inform us before a 14-day period has expired. You can do in it writing by sending a notice to the address mentioned in Return rights & Return implications or by calling the phonenumber mentioned in contact info. If the package is clearly damaged during delivery, you must immediately file a complaint to the transport company of your chosen delivery method.
