Delivery costs include postage and packing. The shopping cart displays an estimate of delivery costs based on the primary available shipping method. Exact delivery costs are shown once you have selected your preferred payment and delivery method for the order. Available delivery methods depend on the contents of your shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that suits you best, and the exact delivery cost will be shown in connection with that option.
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary between 1-3 working days, depending on the order and the delivery method. If you are ordering outside Finland, you will see the estimated delivery times at checkout after selecting the destination country.
Any exceptions to the estimated delivery times will be indicated if your shopping cart includes out-of-stock items. We will also notify you without delay of any possible delays after the order has been placed.
Example 1:
All products in your shopping cart are marked "In stock". In this case, your order will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3 p.m. The order will make the same day’s outgoing shipment if it is placed before 1 p.m.
Example 2:
Your shopping cart contains products that are "In stock", but also one or more products with a longer delivery time. For example, a product may be marked "ships in 2-3 days". In this case, the product is expected to arrive at our warehouse according to the estimate, or it will be ordered from the supplier immediately after we receive your order. In the latter case, the estimate "ships in 2-3 days" refers to the estimated delivery time from the supplier to us.
Your order will be shipped as soon as the items missing from our stock have arrived at our warehouse. We will always notify you by email if there is any change to the estimated delivery time.
In some cases, orders may be processed so that in-stock items are shipped immediately and missing items are delivered afterwards.
Example 3:
You are ordering a product marked "ships in 1-2 days". In these cases, the product is expected to arrive at our warehouse within 1-2 days, or alternatively it may be delivered directly from the supplier’s warehouse. In such cases, your order is usually shipped on the same day, but to be safe we use the estimate "ships in 1-2 days".

Please note! We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will inform customers of such exceptional situations as soon as possible on our online store and, where necessary, directly.
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 30 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory. To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We can provide you with a prepaid return form for the return shipment; please note, however, that any costs incurred for the return will be deducted from the reimbursement amount. You must return the goods without delay and no later than 30 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Failure to collect a package is not the same as returning an order or cancelling it. If a package is left unclaimed without a separate notice of cancellation, we will charge the original delivery costs and any costs caused by the return of the package.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or the carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs shown at checkout.
The customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or handling charges levied by customs authorities or the carrier, such as FedEx, DHL, or other logistics providers.
Sauna-store.com / Mika Kuusela Oy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Such fees are determined by the destination country’s regulations and the carrier’s procedures and are therefore outside our responsibility.
We are unable to refund or credit import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees under any circumstances.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, is defective, or otherwise does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
In consumer sales, customers have statutory rights in relation to defective goods under applicable consumer protection law. These rights are not limited by these Terms & Conditions.
If the package is clearly damaged during delivery, please inform us as soon as possible. To help us process the matter more quickly, we ask that you send us photos of the damaged package and the product. We also recommend filing a report with the carrier, as this may help clarify the matter.
